As local specialists, we aim to offer the ultimate natural experience in Central and Eastern Africa. In fact, our agency was created in the first place because we wanted to make the magnificent multitude of natural resources available in this region available to international tourists. Our team is made up of experienced individuals who have worked together for many years and have extensive, local knowledge of Central and Eastern Africa. We are well-acquainted with the different cultures and customs of the area as well as the wildlife and flora, and we specialize in introducing travelers from all over the world to the incredible place we call home. Within our agency, we all have one thing in common: we are totally committed to our clients, and we work to ensure that each and every one of our travelers has a trip itinerary that is authentic, unique, and 100% tailor-made to their needs and interests. Yes we...Dear Eynat Allow me to answer instead of Doris who planned the tour with you. Thank you for your feed-back, even if its content is not the usual one we are used to receive from our travelers. Yes we had an issue with your early flight back home and tried to solve it progressively, having first to wait, before taking the decison to shift you earlier to Lake Mburo some 300 km away, for your group to come back from the gorilla tracking - an activity which can be over after few hours, which can also take more longer, with travelers then coming back from the forest in the late afternoon specialy when the walk is difficult. Luckily your visit was over around noon and we then contacted Mihingo lodge, accepting to accommodate you a day earlier. By end of the next morning, you wanting to have the last night near the airport rather than leaving Lake Mburo NP in the early morning hours, we managed to reserve 2 rooms at a charming guesthouse in Entebbe, an information we sent to Tom your driver/guide. Meanwhile you had booked and paid online 2 rooms at an other hotel in Entebbe. You and me, we then agreed on the amount to be refunded, what I did. It is a pity that these small difficulties were a burden for you and I am sorry for that. I thank you again for having travelled with us. MarcelSee more

    The Pros :
As a country, Rwanda has the most stunning landscapes, views and scenery I have ever experienced. Spending 7 hours in a vehicle driving sounded a little challenging at the start, but there was a different sight to watch all day Long and the vehicle was perfect for our group size. The gorilla trek was outstanding and intensely memorable, our guide for that day was extremely good-the best we had all week. The hotel Chez Lando was superb, best breakfast all week and the final hotel in Akagera was also very good, great views and wonderfully placed. The safari was excellent and we hired a guide who was the best value money we spent all week. The vehicle was great, comfortable and great views.
    The Cons:
At the Top View Hill Hotel in Nyungwe, two of our party lost money of about 200 USD each. We realised one lot had gone missing while we were there and the second lot later. Only one room had a safe in it as this was broken. We asked the staff to fix the safe, they were unable to do so. As a consequence, we are not surprised our money went missing. This is highly disappointing and we would recommend you use a different hotel. Also, while the hotel staff were friendly, it lacked atmosphere and they had a curious approach to food. We ordered dinner in advance, and then they decided to give us a ‘buffet’ which had more limited options we didn’t want. It was a little odd. Finally, on the chimp trek, it was great to see the chimps, but we ended up in a group of ten people (contrary to their policy) which made the trip quite cumbersome. However, the chimps were great!

Our party all felt a greater focus could be given to the genocide memorials an we requested stops at various memorials every day. These locations were sympathetically done, and we must continue to remember these events. I will recommend Rwanda to everybody, utterly captivating country with beautiful people and gorillas!See more
