After breakfast, transfer from Montevideo to the Canelones area, a region that produces 70% of the wineries in Uruguay. The first visit will be guided by an oenologist or owner of the winery, who will show you around the vineyards, elaboration sector and cava. You will make an incredible tasting of 4 high quality wines, where you will have the pleasure of making a tasting harmonized with varieties of cheeses and cold cuts of the region.
Lunch takes place accompanied by the great wines of the winery. It is possible to taste them and feel the pairing with the dishes of the national gastronomy. It's a three-step lunch: starter, main course and dessert. Each step is accompanied by one or more wines that match the chosen menu. In the afternoon, return to the hotel.

After breakfast, transfer from Montevideo to the Maldonado area, the new Vitivinícola Region that has the production of incredible wines and has views of its hills in a place and environment of dreams. Arriving, our visit will be guided by an oenologist from the winery, who will show us the vineyards in a tour on electric vehicles 'off-road', elaboration sector and cava.
It will offer an incredible Tasting Menu with lunch where the 4 high-end wines will be harmonized with varieties of homemade breads, local oils and cheeses of the region. It will be possible to taste them and feel the perfect pairing with the dishes of local cuisine in three steps: appetizer, main course and dessert, each step accompanied by one or more wines that match the chosen menu. In the afternoon return to the hotel.
