Khao Sok is a national park north of Phang Nga Bay, not far from the tourist island of Phuket.

My suggestion:
Although rates may be high, I advise you to spend 1 or 2 nights in the national park. It's a chance to sleep in a floating hut on a lake, in a large adventurer's tent, or even in the trees, completely surrounded by nature.
My review

Khao Sok is a destination to take advantage of if you are a fan of sports travel. Canoeing, rafting, and trekking are all activities that can be done in this national park in Southern Thailand.

As for me, I chose a canoe trip down the river, for the opportunity to check out the majestic rocky peaks, even through the fog and wet forest, knowing that Khao Sok jungle is one of the oldest tropical rain forests in the world. It was here in this national park that I had the chance to try my hand at rafting for the first time, a really fun activity that I strongly recommend.

And in these mountains you can see the largest flower in the world, the rafflesia, if you're lucky (which I haven't been). If you have time, go for a walk up to the edge of the Lake of Rachaprapha (it is better to go there with a guide), It's a spectacular sight. It is possible to observe many animal species there, particularly gibbons. Khao Sokis an easy and perfect getaway for me when I want to escape the heat of Phuket's beaches, not too far from there.
